Offerings
ARTS CONSULTING
Artist Commissions
Through launching open calls or direct artist invitations, I manage the commissioning of new artworks for your business or org, as well as oversee installation of the work in public, private or commercial spaces. Could be paintings, murals, sculptures, photography, site-specific installations or something else.
Exhibition Production
Transform your physical environment through temporary or permanent exhibitions and installations. I support all aspects of exhibition planning, curation, production, installation and documentation both in-house and with external partners.
Artist Open Calls & Granting
I support all aspects of launching artist open calls for exhibitions, grants or other opportunities, including strategy and logistics to reach broader audiences, guidance on language, framework, application questions/formatting and strategy to support applicants.
Visual Arts Audit
If you are interested in integrating visual arts or visual artists into your organization/organizational work but have more experience in other realms, I can support you in the specificities of working with visual artists and their unique needs and interests. With an audit, I will lead a process to internally assess strengths and weaknesses related to visual arts/artists, and leave you with a proposal of recommendations for next steps.

Arts Events & Programming
In partnership with your organization, I curate arts and cultural events, artist talks, workshops, performances, staff retreats and community-centered programming. We work together to clarify your key audiences and programmatic vision.
Artist Studios & Residencies
Design, launch, and manage artist residency programs, studio initiatives, and creative incubation spaces—I provide support from concept development and artist selection processes to operations, logistics, spatial and long-term planning.
Artist Support in Community
Based on the needs of your arts community, I can lead one-time workshops or longer incubator programs to support artists in developing their work and practice and/or professional development tools for building their arts career. Especially useful for artists in under resourced communities.
CULTURAL STRATEGY
Cultural Strategy
I will lead a creative audit, assessing the role arts, culture and creativity currently plays within your business or organization, and discover what may be missing. We will investigate how arts, culture and creativity can strengthen your brand or organizational identity, deepen engagement, and build long-term sustainability.
Experimental Partnerships
If there are social or structural challenges in your org, institution or business, or you have key questions in needs of answering, I will lead a partnering process with artists or cultural practitioners to investigate the questions at the heart of the matter, generate new insights, and develop creative + experimental approaches in moving forward. Sometimes it takes fresh eyes, someone from outside the organization, and someone who thinks like an artist to approach an old problem with a transformative solution.
